It helps to include which client you were using (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, or the dashboard), what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. If a tool returned an error, the message it gave is usually enough to identify the cause.
SenseLab connects to Claude and ChatGPT as a remote MCP connector, and to Cursor, Claude Code, and other MCP clients directly. Setup instructions and the list of what each permission grants are in the documentation.
To disconnect a connected app, remove it in that app's own settings, or revoke its access from your SenseLab settings. Revoking access stops the connection immediately and leaves your stored memories intact.
Please report suspected vulnerabilities to hello@sense-lab.ai rather than opening a public issue. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it, and we will confirm receipt before investigating.
