These terms are an agreement between you and SenseLab Artificial Intelligence, Inc. (“SenseLab”, “we”), a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States. They apply when you create an account or use the hosted service. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
The Privacy Policy forms part of these terms and describes what we do with data.
SenseLab stores memories — notes, decisions and context that you and your AI agents write — and returns them on request, through the dashboard, an API, our SDKs, and MCP connectors for AI clients such as ChatGPT and Claude. We may change how features work, and will not remove a substantial feature from a paid plan without notice to account owners.
The AMFS software libraries are separately available as open source under the Apache License 2.0. These terms govern our hosted service; the licence governs the software you run yourself.
Keep your credentials and API keys secret. Anything done with your keys is treated as done by you, so rotate a key you think has been exposed — the dashboard lets you do that at any time. Tell us promptly at hello@sense-lab.ai if you believe an account has been used without permission.
You must be at least 16 years old, and provide accurate registration details.
You own what you store. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to host, copy, transmit, index and process your content, and to disclose it to the processors named in the Privacy Policy for that purpose. That permission ends when the content is deleted, apart from copies persisting in backups for the limited period described there.
We do not use your content to train machine-learning models, and we do not permit our processors to do so on our instructions.
You are responsible for having the right to store what you store. Please keep out payment card data, government identifiers, health records and other special categories of personal data — the service is not designed for them, and we do not offer the contractual terms that handling them usually requires.
When you connect an AI client, memories it requests are sent to that provider and handled under that provider’s terms and privacy policy. You choose to make that connection, and you can revoke it. We are not responsible for what a provider does with a conversation once it has it, and connecting one is your decision to make about your own data.
You agree not to:
We may suspend an account immediately where use threatens the service or another customer, and will tell you why.
Plans and their allowances are shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your plan running until the end of the period you have paid for.
Fees exclude taxes, which are added where applicable, and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If we increase the price of a plan we will tell account owners before it applies to a renewal.
Each plan carries usage allowances. We will notify you as you approach them, and may decline or slow requests beyond them rather than run up a bill you did not agree to.
We work to keep the service available but do not commit to an uptime figure, and there is no service-level agreement on any plan unless we have signed one with you. Maintenance, provider incidents and faults will sometimes interrupt it.
Features labelled beta, preview or experimental may change or be withdrawn, and are provided without any commitment as to reliability.
The hosted service, its interfaces, and the SenseLab and AMFS names remain ours. These terms give you a right to use the service, not ownership of any part of it. Feedback you send us we may act on freely, without obligation or payment.
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may end this agreement on reasonable notice, or immediately for a serious or repeated breach of section 5, or for non-payment that remains uncorrected after we have asked.
When it ends, access stops and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Data deletion. Export anything you want to keep before closing the account.
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
SenseLab stores and returns text. It does not verify whether a memory is accurate, and language models can summarise or act on memories in ways that are wrong. Judgement about what to rely on remains yours — do not use the service as the sole safeguard where a mistake would be serious.
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost or corrupted data beyond our obligation to provide the service with reasonable care. Our total liability arising out of this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars if you paid us nothing.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You will cover our reasonable losses from a third-party claim arising out of content you stored, or your use of the service in breach of section 5, provided we tell you about the claim promptly and let you have a say in how it is handled.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts sitting in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove rights or protections you have under the law of the country where you live.
We may change these terms, and will update the date above. For a change that materially reduces your rights we will notify account owners before it takes effect; continuing to use the service afterwards accepts it.
If a provision is unenforceable the rest still stands. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a sale of the business. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the service, unless we have signed something else with you, which prevails.
